Enable Spam Filter for ISP-Q Email
Our Spam Filter is quick and easy to enable:
Go to Login in the Members
menu above and login as usual. This will bring up the 'SELF CARE MAIN
MENU'. Click on the Services tab

Look for the 'Primary Account' Heading, under which your main email
address is shown (highlighted). Click on this.

There are options in the grey tabs to the right of the screen, one
of which is called
Enable Spam Filtering . Click
this tab and the service is enabled. That's it!
