Are there any further charges?
	No. Some other ISPs (AOL, Freeserve) charge a monthly fee, but our members enjoy a free service.
	Do I need any additional hardware or software?
	No. All you need is a standard modem or ISDN terminal adaptor - and a phone line, of course!
	Do I need to be computer literate?
	No. It's very straightforward. If you're a 'Windows' PC user you can download a program to configure your PC for email and internet access automatically. We also have an extensive 'support' section where all pages are written on the assumption that those reading them understand very little about computers. Finally, you can get telephone support from 8am to midnight 7 days a week.
	Can I use other ISPs too?
	Yes. Unlike some other ISPs we won't uninstall any other internet access settings you have on your computer. We're confident that you will want to stay with us, but if you decide you don't like our service, we won't make it difficult for you to change.
